Anthony

Anthony helps clients navigate complex income tax issues, both within and outside of Canada. With 10 years of experience in domestic and cross-border tax services, his focus is on helping clients expand operations in Canada and internationally, as well as undertake organizational restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures in a tax-efficient manner. He also has extensive experience helping individuals with estate planning and individual tax needs.

Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with many organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, transportation, construction, real estate, professional services and more.

He completed his Business Administration degree at Brock University followed by obtaining his Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation. Thereafter, he earned his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) credentials and also completed all three levels of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, hiking around Niagara, reading and travelling.

Vincent

Vincent is an Accounting Associate at Fruci Tax and Advisory, specializing in personal and corporate tax, bookkeeping (SAGE and QuickBooks), payroll, HST, and T4 preparation.

Vincent is known for his organization, attention to detail, and ability to stay on top of deadlines and responsibilities. He approaches his work with a positive attitude and a smile, building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues along the way. His experience across different industries has given him a broad perspective and an appreciation for the unique needs of every business and individual.

Vincent holds an Honours Diploma in Business Administration from Yorkville University, specializing in Accounting, and is currently working toward his CPA designation. He is committed to continuous learning and professional development as he grows his knowledge and experience within the accounting profession.

His background extends well beyond accounting. Vincent is a Red Seal Chef, has experience in the electrical field, and has a strong musical background. These experiences have contributed to his discipline, creativity, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability. He brings these qualities into his accounting work and client relationships every day.

Family is an important part of Vincent’s life. He enjoys spending time with his wife Alysha, son Leo, and their dogs. He is also proud to carry forward the legacy of his father and the business his father built over more than 40 years with his brother, Anthony. Continuing that legacy is a meaningful part of Vincent’s professional journey and inspires his commitment to the clients, relationships, and values that have helped shape the business.
